CHSL (Combined Higher Secondary Level)

The Staff Selection Commission conducts Combined Higher Secondary Level(CHSL) exam every year for recruitment in various Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations of the Government of India. 

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL, 10+2) Exam for recruitment to various posts like:

• Postal Assistants/Sorting Assistants(PA/SA)

• Data Entry Operator (DEO).

• Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC).

• Court Clerk.

SSC CHSL Eligibility Criteria

There are 3 important criteria which a candidate must fulfill in order to be eligible for the SSC CHSL 2017. The 3 parameters are given below:

1. Citizenship: Candidate must be a citizen of India.

2. Age Limit: 18-27 years as on 01.01.2017 (Candidates born not before 02-01-1990 and not later than 01-01-1999). .

3. Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.

SSC Junior Engineers:JE 2017

SSC JE 2017 Notification to recruit eligible candidates for the post of Junior Engineers Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Posts. 

SSC JE Recruitment 2017 is done by conducting an online exam for SSC JE 2017. SSC or Staff Selection Commission of India organizes SSC JE 2017 Exam in the month of January.

To be eligible for SSC JE 2017 Exam, a candidate needs to fulfill basic requisites, which are discussed below:

Junior Engineer (Civil)	CPWD – B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
Junior Engineer (Electrical)	CPWD – B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
Junior Engineer (Civil & Mechanical)	Central Water Commission – B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
Junior Engineer (Electrical)	Department of Posts- B.E. / B.Tech. / 3 years Diploma in Electrical engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
Junior Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical)	MES – B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering OR 3 years Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute and with 2 years work experience in electrical/mechanical engineering works.
Junior Engineer (Civil)	Department of Posts – B.E. / B.Tech. / 3 years Diploma in Civil engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
Junior Engineer (Civil)	MES – B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering OR 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute and with 2 years work experience in civil engineering works.
Junior Engineer (QS&C)	MES – B.E. / B.Tech. / 3 years Diploma in Civil engineering from a recognized University/Institute OR Passed Intermediate examination in Building and Quantity Surveying (Sub Divisional-II) from the Institute of Surveyors (India).
